Ordering Procedures

Placing orders is easy. Add the items to your shopping cart and click Checkout. The Company Store will send an acknowledgement upon receipt of your order. In-stock merchandise is generally shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. However, if you complete your order by 3:00 pm Central Time and pay a $20.00 Rush fee, we guarantee your shipment will go out the same day via Federal Express.

Stock Merchandise

We stock all the items you see on the website. If your order exceeds inventory levels, you will be advised as to when the backorder expects to be filled. Please plan ahead on large orders whenever possible. We realize that emergencies sometimes occur and we will work closely with you to meet your delivery requirements.

Custom Merchandise

If you don't see an item, just ask! The Company Store will assist you with all your promotional, marketing, or merchandising needs. Please call toll free 800.908.1611 or complete our online form. We have a very clear understanding of the American Egg Board Corporate identity guidelines and you can rest assured that they are being closely followed.

Need to see other catalogs to assist you with your custom selection? The Company Store can send individual catalogs from any of thousands of manufacturers we represent or we can send catalogs such as Impact or Spectrum, which incorporate best selling items from many different manufacturers into one catalog.

If artwork is required for your custom order, the Company Store will develop camera ready art at extremely reasonable rates. Art will be faxed or emailed to you for your final approval.

Shipping & Handling

Stock merchandise is generally shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Product should arrive within 3-4 working days via Federal Express. You will be notified if your merchandise is on backorder. Please allow 3-6 weeks for custom orders.

Rush Shipping

We have several ways of getting your order to you quicker... just choose Rush handling during your checkout. If your order is received by 3:00 pm (CT) we guarantee your order will ship out that day. With Federal Express as our primary shipper, we can offer delivery times of 8:00 am (First Overnight) the next business day to five business days (Ground Service). When messenger service has been selected, your order will be delivered the next business day. Just specify when you need your product(s), and let us handle the rest.


The Company Store will replace any incorrect merchandise or merchandise damaged during transit if original packaging materials are retained and authorization is requested within 24 hours of receipt. For merchandise with a manufacturer warranty, please follow warranty instructions included with item.
